24-Month Limited Warranty

FusionDock products purchased through our official website or Amazon Seller iVANKY are covered by a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Quick Summary

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may replace the product, exchange it for a product of equal value, or issue a refund. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for eligible FusionDock products sold by iVANKY.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Products Covered

This warranty applies to FusionDock products purchased through the official website at ivanky.com or from Amazon Seller iVANKY.

3. If a Claim Is Approved

If a valid warranty claim is made during the applicable warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the product
  • exchange the product for one of equal value
  • issue a refund

Any replacement product will assume the remaining warranty period of the original product, or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • claims without valid proof of purchase
  • defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes
  • lost or stolen products
  • products that have already been refunded

5. Valid Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Acceptable proof of purchase may include:

  • your order number or Amazon order number
  • the email address used when placing the order
  • a screenshot of the order confirmation or Amazon order summary

The proof of purchase should clearly show the product purchased, purchase date, seller, order number, and email address.

6. Why Proof of Purchase Is Required

We require proof of purchase to confirm that the product was purchased through our official website or Amazon Seller iVANKY. We cannot guarantee warranty coverage or support for products obtained through unauthorized channels.
