1. MacBook Not Charging

a. Check Power Supply

Step 1: Check if the LED indicator on the docking station is lit.

Step 2: Ensure the dual USB-C cable is connected to the designated USB-C ports within the white frame on the rear of the docking station.

Step 3: Restart your Mac, then disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable between the dock and the Mac.

Step 4: Unplug the DC cable, wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect the DC cable.

Step 5: If using a non-original dual USB-C cable, ensure it is directly connected to your Mac's PD power supply for charging. Test the cable's reliability by micro-adjusting it during charging. Replace the cable if you encounter charging issues or if it fails to charge.

b. Test the Power Outlet

Step 1: Unplug the dock's power adapter from the outlet and plug in a reliable device (like a desk lamp) to ensure the outlet is functioning. If the outlet works properly, check if the LED light on the dock's power adapter illuminates.

Step 2: Attempt to charge your phone or tablet using port 7/10/11/14 to verify its charging capability.

Step 3: If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide detailed information to our customer support, including your MacBook's specific macOS version and its precise model, year, and specifications.
