What is iVANKY Insider Club?

The iVANKY Insider Club is a way for our loyal customers to try out new products before they are released to the public. Participants in the program will receive a free product sample in exchange for their feedback on the product so we can make improvements in the future.

What is expected of me as a participant in the program?

Participants are expected to enjoy the free sample, and provide feedback on the product they receive by completing a short survey. This feedback will be used to help us improve our products and services.

How do I sign up for the iVANKY Insider Club?

Step 1: Pick the product you'd love to test.
Step 2: Fill out the application form, and click the "SUBMIT" button.
Step 3: Wait for us to get back to you.

How are participants selected for the program?

Participants are selected at random from the pool. We strive to make the selection process as fair and impartial as possible, but we also recognize the importance of rewarding participants who consistently provide exceptional feedback.

What kind of products can I expect to receive?

The specific products will be announced in advance of each sampling campaign.

How will I know if I have been selected to receive a sample?

If you are selected to receive a sample, you will be notified by email. The email will include instructions on how to provide shipping information and a deadline for doing so.

When will I receive my sample?

Samples will be shipped out after the deadline for providing shipping information has passed.
