USB Troubleshooting Guide

1. USB-C Port Not Working

Step 1: Check if the LED indicator on the docking station is illuminated.


Step 2: Reconnect the device and docking station using either the provided cable or a USB-C cable. Ensure connections between the docking station, Mac, and DC power source are secure.


Step 3: Test the port functionality by inserting a device with a known functional USB-C port. If the port functions normally, product issues can be ruled out.


Step 4: Replace and firmly reinsert the USB-C cable to check for any cable-related issues.


Step 5: Use the same cable in a different USB-C port to determine if the original port is defective.


Step 6: If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support with detailed information, including the specific macOS version on your MacBook, the exact port that is malfunctioning, and your MacBook's model, year, and specifications.

2. USB-A Port Not Working

Step 1: Check whether the LED indicator on the docking station is lit.


Step 2: Reconnect the device to the docking station using the provided cable or a USB-A cable. Ensure the connection is secure between the docking station, Mac, and DC power source.


Step 3: Test the port's functionality by inserting a device with a functioning USB-A port. If it works normally, product issues can be ruled out.


Step 4: Replace the USB-A cable, reinsert it firmly, and check for any cable-related issues.


Step 5: Use the same cable in a different USB-A port to determine if the original port is malfunctioning.
