No sound from eARC/ARC speaker

  1. Establish a connection by adhering to the appropriate sequence, commencing with the input device, followed by the HDMI Switcher, leading to the 8K television, culminating at the speaker (ensuring that the output port is intricately linked to the television's HDMI eARC/ARC port).
  2. Verify that both the television and the speaker possess compatibility with eARC/ARC technology.
  3. Confirm the proper linkage of both the 8K television and the speaker to the HDMI port, specifically the eARC/ARC port.
  4. Configure your 8K television to the mode titled "Use audio system for audio output"

The Switcher fails to duplicate the video output on multiple displays

  • The iVANKY HDMI 2.1 Switch functions as a switcher, not a splitter. It's designed for single-screen display, and it doesn't allow simultaneous output on multiple screens.
  • We'd appreciate it if you could return the units. To make it hassle-free, you can find the return option in your orders.

The Switcher fails to output content at 8K@60Hz / 4K@120Hz

To ensure smooth operation:

  1. Confirm HDMI 2.1 support for all devices and accessories, including your laptop, cable, and monitor.
  2. Use a 3ft (1m) HDMI cable for input and a 6ft (2m) cable for output, keeping the total length within 10ft (3m).
  3. Adjust the resolution setting to 4K@120HZ 4:2:0.
