1. SD/TF Card Not Working

a. Check Wiring and Connections

Step 1: Check if the LED indicator on the docking station is illuminated.

Step 2: Unplug and then reconnect the cables that links the device to the dock, the USB-C cable between the dock and Mac, and the DC power cable.

Step 3: Ensure that the SD/TF card slot is clean and free from paper debris. If necessary, use compressed air to clean the slot.

Step 4: Insert the SD/TF card and confirm that the SD/TF card is functioning properly.

Step 5: If possible, directly insert the SD/TF card into the Mac to verify its functionality.

b. Reinsert the Storage Card

Step 1: If the SD card fails to load, remove it and carefully reinsert it, as the speed of insertion can affect loading.

Step 2: If the card still does not load after reinsertion, contact iVANKY customer service with details of your macOS version, MacBook model, and the specific model of the SD card to check for compatibility issues.
