Does this support the new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip?
Hi there,
Due to some function limits of the M1 2020 Macs, dual displays is not supported. You can use only one external monitor with our dock if you use a M1 2020 MacBook.

Can the USB-C ports be used for video display?
Hi there, the usb-c ports are used for data transfer and charging only. Please use the two HDMI ports for video displays.
