14-Day Return Policy

At iVANKY, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from our official website, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in the same condition as when you received it
  • be unused and free from damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included cables or parts
  • be accompanied by your order number or other valid proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to a partial refund, where permitted by law.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@ivanky.com within the 14-day return period.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the product name
  • the reason for the return
  • photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged, FusionDock will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is not due to our error—for example, you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product—the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@ivanky.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our warranty and support policies.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • customized or special-order items
  • products that show signs of use, abuse, alteration, or missing parts not caused by us

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

9. Purchases from Third-Party Sellers

This return policy applies only to purchases made through the official FusionDock website. If you purchased your item through Amazon or another authorized marketplace, please refer to the return policy of that platform or seller.
